Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Pack Network at 5.0 against Boston Celtics's 3.8. Pack Network also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (4 vs 2). Boston Celtics's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (170 vs 3). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
