Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Paris Métro Map at 66% against NAVIGO APP's 0%. Paris Métro Map also leads on ratings volume (80 vs 6) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). NAVIGO APP's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Paris Métro Map sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. NAVIGO APP asks for nothing beyond the download.
NAVIGO APP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Paris Métro Map has 80 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Paris Métro Map's written reviews are positive against 0% of NAVIGO APP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Paris Métro Map ships an update every 12 months, NAVIGO APP every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
