Állapotrögzítő depresszióval kezelt betegek részére Az alkalmazás – mely egy állapotrögzítő napló – a Hamilton Depresszió skála és a Depression and Somatic Symptoms Scale (Hung CI 2006) alapján készült. Segítséget nyújt a kezelőorvosának, hogy az általa látott klinikai képpel együtt a rögzített adatokat áttekintve értékelje az Ön állapotának változását, megítélje javulásának mértékét. Ezen kívül Önnek is segítséget ad meghatározni a betegsége javulását és beszámolni kezelőorvosának a változásokról. Értékelje általános állapotát naponta 1-5 skálán (Hogy vagyok ma?)! Emellett hetente legalább kétszer pedig tünetről tünetre lapozva válaszoljon a kérdésekre! Funkciók: - Napi értékelés rögzítése - Eredmények megjelenítése grafikonon - Az eredménygrafikon képének megosztása - Napi emlékeztetők beállítása tetszőleges számban - Adatok exportálása és importálása
