Quick access to survey information and statistics from the USAID-funded Demographic and Health Surveys. The DHS Program has carried out more than 300 surveys in 90+ countries. The surveys collect information on fertility and family planning, maternal and child health, child mortality, nutrition, malaria, HIV/AIDS, and many other health topics. The DHS Program application provides indicator tables, charts, maps, and trend data from the Demographic and Health Surveys, as well as survey information, and quick links to survey-related publications. The DHS Program application was formerly named MEASURE DHS Mobile.

At the Mobile County Health Department/Family Health, we are committed to the health and safety of our community, and providing the education needed to promote, improve and protect the overall health of Mobile County. My MCHD Health Check is part of our initiative to create greater access to medical information and health care in our city. Through the app, you will be able to access information regarding primary medical care, diagnostics, family planning, nutritional services and much more. You will also have access to after-hours assistance from our on-call nurses or through the information available in your patient portal, including your medical records. Your health care team at the Mobile County Health Department/Family Health strives to be available whenever you need us, and through My MCHD Health Check, this is a possibility. Take control of your health and your life through our app and stay up to date on health care in our area.
