Application to calculate the dose of continuously (by infusion or syringe pump) administered drug. A typical usage is to calculate the dose of circulatory support in μg/kg/min. The result can be calculated in various units (μg/kg/min, μg/kg/hr, μg/min, mg/hr, mg/kg/hr). The application facilitates verification of a calculation, based on the input data, of the medication dose dispensed by the infusion pump. The application is intended to be used solely by health professionals who are skilled to identify any faults which may possibly occur when calculation is done through the application. The calculation done through the use of the application is for information purposes only. It does not replace, nor is it intended to replace a calculation of the dose made by the user. By itself, the calculation done through the application cannot be taken as a recommendation and the user of the application cannot rely on it without further action, nor should the user take any further steps or decisions based on it.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: RheumaHelper at 4.8 against Infusion pump's 3.0. RheumaHelper also leads on ratings volume (130 vs 1). Infusion pump's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 59%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
RheumaHelper holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RheumaHelper has 130 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of RheumaHelper's written reviews are positive against 100% of Infusion pump's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
RheumaHelper ships an update every 2 months, Infusion pump every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
