Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: RheumaHelper at 4.8 against RA Manager's 3.3. RheumaHelper also leads on review sentiment (59% vs 38%) and ratings volume (130 vs 9). RA Manager's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
