Scrap2 vs The Common Workspace

Scrap2: **Stop juggling scattered notes, documents, and tasks.**  Scrap2 transforms how you organize work by breaking everything into meaningful Events — bite-sized pieces of work that come alive with rich context. The Problem with Traditional Work Management You know the feeling: you're in a meeting, someone mentions a document, you jot a note, and later you can't remember where you saved it or what it was about. Or you're trying to prepare for a meeting and you're hunting through emails, notes apps, and file folders just to piece together what you need to know. Scrap2 solves this. Every Event is a self-contained world of context — your notes, documents, contacts, and links all live together, right where you need them. --- Key Features Rich, Contextual Events Transform your work into Events that are packed with everything you need: Deep dive instantly — Open any Event and see all related notes, documents, contacts, and links in one place Take action immediately — Add to Events as you work, building a complete picture over time No more hunting — Everything related to a piece of work lives together, naturally TLS/SSL and encrypted database storage — your data stays yours Flexible Organization Build your own hierarchy that makes sense: - **Projects** → **Categories** → **Events** - Snap a scan or upload a document and drop it right where it belongs - Organize once, find everything forever Smart Meeting Management Turn every meeting into action.
