200+ Apps in 1 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 200+ Apps in 1 has 824 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of 200+ Apps in 1's written reviews are positive against 86% of Appmarks's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
