OSX 4.0 syncs between devices and display vehicles locations when an internet connection is available and the asset is configured (very easy to do). OnScene Xplorer 4.0 mapping is "local" on each device, no internet connection is needed to use the app and mapping! An internet connection is necessary to access other map styles like "air photos". But being "local" is great for areas with limited cellular coverage or devices without cell service....or you just don't want to pay for cell plans in each vehicle.
