本アプリは医療に従事する方々に向けて、臨床検査項目情報を提供することを目的にしています。 ※臨床検査とは、病気の診断、治療方針の選択、予後の判定などの資料とするため患者の血液、尿、便などを採取したり、脳波・心電図などを測定したりして行う検査です。 項目情報、コンペンジウム（検査解説）情報の掲載にあたっては細心の注意を払って作成いたしておりますが、技術的に不正確な記述や誤植が含まれることがあります。本アプリに掲載している情報は皆様ご自身の責任でご利用ください。 **********　 メニュー紹介　********** ■■TOP 項目検索用画面です。 ≪ワンタッチ検索≫　 ①「分野別」：生化学、薬剤、内分泌･･･等の分野から検索可能。 ②「文字列検索」：検査項目名の先頭文字をひらがな、アルファベット、ギリシャ文字、数字の中から文字をタッチすることで２文字目、３文字目と検査項目の縛り込み検索が可能。　 ≪キーワード検索≫　※一部入力で検索可能 ③「検査項目名」 ④「キーワード」：コンペンジウムに掲載している全ての情報から検索します。間にスペースを入れることで複数キーワードでの検索も可能。　 ⑤「依頼コード」：項目コードからの検索。 ⑥「疾患名」：コンペンジウムに掲載している高値、低値の時に疑われる疾患名から検索します。　 ■■お気に入り 参照頻度の高い項目、気になる項目は画面右上の星マークをタッチすることでお気に入りに登録することができます。100件まで登録可能。 ■■履歴 参照した項目は履歴で再度確認することが可能。履歴の新しい順に掲載します。 ■■Information ・ＢＭＬホームページのインフォメーション掲載ページにリンクしています。 ・Version情報と更新日が確認できます。

It is also possible to calculate from the volume of fluid and administration speed. ●Various Display Times You can choose and set the optimal unit time for the drip rate and volume from multiple options. ●Numeric Settings You can choose from picker (drum roll) or numeric keys (numpad) input. When you tap a number, a control for setting it appears underneath. ●Save Function You can switch and save up to 5 calculation records with tabs. The title of the tab can be edited by long-pressing it. ●Confirmation Sound and Vibration You can confirm the drip speed by sound and vibration. There are 10 types of confirmation sounds and 3 levels of vibration to choose from. ●Customize You can change the color of the text to suit your preference. ●Timer Function You can run multiple timers at the same time. Each timer can have a title. Even if the app is closed or the device is locked, you will receive notifications at the set time. ●Dark Mode Support This app fully supports dark mode. ●Apple Watch Support There is also an app for Apple Watch. The settings of the iPhone app can be automatically reflected in the Apple Watch app. The Apple Watch app has the same basic functions as the iPhone app and supports complications (allows the app icon to be placed on the watch face).
