Our next generation workforce automation solution uses wireless internet-based mobile communication and field service dispatching solutions to help utilities manage mobile resources. Service-Link enhances field service efficiency and increases productivity in a fraction of time! Service-Link allows the user to see his list of work orders and view them on a map as well as drill down into the order details and workflow.
