Viele Dokumente und Belege erreichen noch heute in Papierform das Malerbüro. Die Rede ist von Eingangsrechnungen, Lieferscheinen, Tankquittungen, Verträgen und sonstigen Dokumenten. Die App DokuScan ermöglicht die schnelle Digitalisierung dieser Papierbelege und automatische Ablage in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Maler-Software C.A.T.S.-WARICUM. Mit DokuScan wird der Papierbeleg fotografiert und anschließend automatisch als PDF-Datei dort abgespeichert, wo er hingehört, also ins Rechnungseingangsjournal, ins Kassenbuch, in die Projekt-, Kunden-, Lieferanten- oder Geräteakte der Maler-Software C.A.T.S.-WARICUM.
