Knowing your current heart rate is useful, but seeing in real time how it varies over a longer period tells you much more, especially when you want to understand how your body is responding to a training plan. Heart Graph suits all types of aerobic exercise including running, cycling, rowing or gym work, or everyday heart rate monitoring for general health. Heart Graph records new data and shows your heart rate graph in real time, and also imports existing data from Apple Health. Compare previous sessions to see how your body is changing over time: directly compare the graphs of equivalent sessions, view statistics such as max, mean and resting heart rate across sessions, or see the time spent in each heart rate zone aggregated over weeks or months. (Note some features require a one-off In-App Purchase, as described below.) FREE features of Heart Graph include: * Display a real-time graph of heart rate against time on your iPhone or iPad * Support for Bluetooth sensors, Apple Watch and AirPods * No ads * Review your sessions offline to spot trends in your data * Integration with Apple Health: import existing workout data or a chosen time period of up to 24 hours, and store new workouts * Maximise the graph area on iPhone using landscape orientation * Group related sessions with your own notes, then search for sessions matching those notes * Record a standard Reference Set at the start of each session to see how your body is really doing; if your heart rate is elevated, take it easy * Record data in the background if you want to use other heart rate apps (Bluetooth sensors) * Calculate calories burned, and set a calorie target for each session Beyond the basics, a single, one-off In-App Purchase enables the Premium Features: more in-depth analysis tools and the ability to design your training sessions in the app. Planned Workouts split a session into small pieces, for example sets at the gym or intervals on a bike. As you exercise, Heart Graph keeps track of where you are in the session and what’s coming up next, alerting you when it’s time to stop or move on. The trigger for the next set can be a simple time gap (“wait 30 seconds”) or based on heart rate to allow recovery before continuing (“wait until heart rate is below 120bpm”), giving a structured plan that adapts to how your body is responding each time. Premium Features include: * View and analyse the time spent in each of five configurable heart rate zones * Add annotations to the graph, during recording or at any time afterwards, to help identify key events * Heart rate alarms when your heart rate changes zone or goes above or below configurable thresholds * Spoken heart rate at regular intervals or on zone changes, so you needn't watch the screen * Directly compare graphs for equivalent sessions * Sync your sessions between your iPhone and iPad via iCloud Drive * Automatically import new workouts and a chosen time period every day from Apple Health, or bring in months of past data in one go * Compare statistics (such as max, mean and resting heart rate) across sessions * Record a session to explicitly measure resting heart rate while you relax * Audio rep counting - the app keeps count so you never lose track * Import Garmin TCX and GPX format files * Export data to TCX, Polar HRM or CSV files for further analysis, e.g. in Excel * Export one or more sessions as a PDF, complete with summary, heart rate graph and a table of your annotations, ready to share or print Heart Graph requires an external sensor to record heart rate, such as: * A Bluetooth (BTLE) sensor such as the Wahoo Trackr / Polar H10 chest straps, or Mio Alpha watch * An Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3 * An ANT+ sensor connected using the Wahoo Key DISCLAIMER: Heart Graph is not a medical device, and you must always seek a doctor’s advice before making any medical decisions.

This application lets you generate detailed reports about your health data stored in Apple Health. You can export the report as a PDF file, which you can share with your doctor. You can generate six different reports: • Heart Rate Report: minimum, maximum, and average heart rate data, heart rate variability(HRV), graphs, and more • Blood Pressure Report: scatter and simple line graphs of your blood pressure readings combined with the corresponding heart rate, body temperature, and 12-hour nutritional intake values(sodium, caffeine, carbohydrates) • Blood Sugar Report: all of your blood glucose readings with nutritional intake values, heart rate ranges, and classifications based on your diabetes type • Activity Report: four charts from your step count, burned calories, BMI, and body weight • Sleep Report: visualized sleep cycles with heart rate data, asleep, awake, and in-bed times, nutritional values, and more • Blood Oxygen Report: all of your blood oxygen readings with minimum, maximum and average data, combined with your heart rate info The generated PDF or CSV file can be uploaded automatically to your iCloud Drive. The reports are available in 7 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian and Hungarian. Advanced features include: • If you use Apple Health to log your symptoms, you can display your symptoms on the report alongside with your measurements • Support for Shortcuts, automating the creation of monthly reports and more • Data can also be exported to a JSON file for more complex data analysis • Annotate your report to provide more detailed information about specific records and values My app also supports all three widget sizes: you can place a heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, step count, burned calories count, body weight, blood oxygen, BMI, water intake or heart rate variability widget on your home screen. You can customize the colors, units, and date ranges as-well. For this app to work, you need to have health data stored in Apple Health(HealthKit). If you don’t have a device that records these data automatically, you can use my app too to enter your heart rate, blood pressure, and blood glucose data with a simple interface, where you can specify all three values on a single screen. Ideal if you don't have a smart blood pressure or blood sugar monitor. I respect your privacy, so the report is generated on your phone and the data is not shared or transmitted anywhere. It works completely offline and I don’t have access to any of your health data at all. Heart Reports is a FREE app and you can export 1 PDF file without paying a penny. Unlimited exports are available for a one-time in-app purchase.
