Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: NetJets at 100% against Surf Air's 57%. Surf Air's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Surf Air holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 73 and 40 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Surf Air's written reviews are positive against 100% of NetJets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
