RosterShift plans the month for a team that works in shifts: hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, security, hospitality, any roster where nights and 24 hour duties have to be shared fairly. Describe the rules once. Minimum staff per day, role mix, who can pair with whom, rest after nights and long duties. Pick a month and the plan is generated inside those rules, not on top of them. WHAT YOU GET - A month view that shows every day, every name and every duty at a glance - A list view with the exact hours of each shift - Requests from the team in one queue: time off, preferred days off, swaps between two people - One approval and the plan updates itself - Fairness statistics: points, monthly load and who carried what, month after month - Draft, share for review, then publish when the team agrees - Holidays for your country included, plus your own special days BUILT FOR REAL ROSTERS Night duty followed by a rest day. 24 hour duties with the day after protected. Members who must not be on the same day. Minimum staffing that cannot be broken. The generator respects all of it, and tells you when a request cannot be granted without breaking a rule. FIRST TWO MONTHS FREE Your first two team months are free with the full feature set. No trial that expires while you are still setting up. Available in 30 languages.
