Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: NO! Buttons at 89% against Yes / No Button's 52%. NO! Buttons also leads on iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.0). Yes / No Button's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.6) and update cadence (every 6 months vs every 17 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yes / No Button sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and NO! Buttons sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Yes / No Button holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yes / No Button has 162 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Yes / No Button's written reviews are positive against 89% of NO! Buttons's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Yes / No Button ships an update every 6 months, NO! Buttons every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
