RepCount is a workout tracker for strength training. It's free, with no ads and no limit on workouts, routines or exercises. Premium adds charts, personal records, supersets, drop sets and export. Every workout starts with the weights and reps from last time, so you always know what to beat. Use it for whatever you train: a 5x5 or upper/lower program, a bodybuilding split, calisthenics, or a home gym with a pair of dumbbells. IN THE GYM • Log more than weights and reps: bodyweight exercises (assisted or weighted), timed holds, farmer's walks, and cardio with time, distance and calories • Warm-up sets, and notes on any set, exercise or workout • A rest timer that can start when you check off a set, with the countdown on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island • Start a workout or routine with Siri or Shortcuts • Share a finished workout as an image ROUTINES AND EXERCISES • Build your own routines, save any workout as a routine, or repeat a past workout • Add your own exercises. Built-in exercises show a demo and the muscles they work YOUR DATA • Sign in with Apple, Google or email, and your workouts are backed up and synced between iPhone and Android • Works offline, even in a basement gym • Saves workouts, active calories and body weight to Apple Health PREMIUM • Your estimated one-rep max from every set, charted over time, so you can see your strength go up without testing a true max • Charts of heaviest weight, volume, sets and reps per exercise, plus workout frequency, duration and body weight • Personal records for every rep range, all-time and for each year • Exercise history and charts right from the workout screen • Supersets and drop sets • Export your workouts to Excel (CSV) QUESTIONS Can I see my progress without Premium? Yes. Every workout you've logged stays free to look back through, month by month, and each set starts from last time's numbers. Premium adds the charts, personal records and exercise history inside a workout. Is it good for beginners? Yes. Start with one of the built-in routines and build your own when you're ready. RepCount has been downloaded more than 2 million times on iPhone and Android. It's been on the App Store since 2013, with several hundred updates so far, and it keeps getting better. Questions or ideas? Email feedback@repcountapp.com. We read and answer every message. SUBSCRIPTION RepCount Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe.
Zena
Read full descriptionHide full description
More than just a workout tracker, Zena is personalised strength coaching for women who want to get stronger — without having to figure everything out themselves. Starting from scratch? Let Zena build a personalised program around your goals, experience, schedule and equipment. Already have a training plan from your coach, ChatGPT or your own spreadsheet? Import it into Zena and track your progress properly. **RECOMMENDATIONS ON WHEN TO INCREASE YOUR WEIGHTS, AND WHEN TO HOLD STEADY OR DROP BACK** Zena doesn't just log your workouts. It pays attention to how you're performing and helps you progress your training over time. Hit the top of your rep range? Zena can recommend when it's time to go heavier. Struggling with a weight? Hold steady. Making progress? You'll actually be able to see it. You get the recommendation and the reasoning behind it, but you're always in control so you can easily adapt each workout to how you are feeling on the day. **TRAIN SMARTER, NOT JUST HARDER** Connect Apple Health for a daily readiness score based on signals like sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and recent training. Zena helps you understand when you're recovered and ready to push, and when taking it easier might be the smarter choice. **BUILT AROUND YOU** Your goals. Your equipment. Your schedule. Your training history. Zena can generate a personalised strength program from scratch or adapt your existing training as things change. Optional cycle-aware insights can add extra context to your recovery and performance, too. **SEE YOURSELF GET STRONGER** Track your workouts, weights, reps, personal bests and strength trends over time. Set goals for the lifts that matter to you and see the work add up. Whether you're working toward your first pull-up, adding weight to your squat, or simply trying to feel stronger than you did six months ago, Zena helps you know you're moving forward. **FEATURES** • AI-generated strength programs built around your goals, schedule, and equipment • Import and track an existing program from your own coach or trainer • Session-by-session recommendations on load, volume, and intensity • Workout logging with rest timers, RPE tracking, and full set history • Recovery-aware coaching using sleep, heart rate, and HRV (via Apple Health connection) • Optional cycle-aware training guidance • Personal records, strength trends, and consistency tracking • Adapt your program if your equipment changes 14-day free trial, then billed monthly or annually.
