RepCount is a workout tracker for strength training. It's free, with no ads and no limit on workouts, routines or exercises. Premium adds charts, personal records, supersets, drop sets and export. Every workout starts with the weights and reps from last time, so you always know what to beat. Use it for whatever you train: a 5x5 or upper/lower program, a bodybuilding split, calisthenics, or a home gym with a pair of dumbbells. IN THE GYM • Log more than weights and reps: bodyweight exercises (assisted or weighted), timed holds, farmer's walks, and cardio with time, distance and calories • Warm-up sets, and notes on any set, exercise or workout • A rest timer that can start when you check off a set, with the countdown on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island • Start a workout or routine with Siri or Shortcuts • Share a finished workout as an image ROUTINES AND EXERCISES • Build your own routines, save any workout as a routine, or repeat a past workout • Add your own exercises. Built-in exercises show a demo and the muscles they work YOUR DATA • Sign in with Apple, Google or email, and your workouts are backed up and synced between iPhone and Android • Works offline, even in a basement gym • Saves workouts, active calories and body weight to Apple Health PREMIUM • Your estimated one-rep max from every set, charted over time, so you can see your strength go up without testing a true max • Charts of heaviest weight, volume, sets and reps per exercise, plus workout frequency, duration and body weight • Personal records for every rep range, all-time and for each year • Exercise history and charts right from the workout screen • Supersets and drop sets • Export your workouts to Excel (CSV) QUESTIONS Can I see my progress without Premium? Yes. Every workout you've logged stays free to look back through, month by month, and each set starts from last time's numbers. Premium adds the charts, personal records and exercise history inside a workout. Is it good for beginners? Yes. Start with one of the built-in routines and build your own when you're ready. RepCount has been downloaded more than 2 million times on iPhone and Android. It's been on the App Store since 2013, with several hundred updates so far, and it keeps getting better. Questions or ideas? Email feedback@repcountapp.com. We read and answer every message. SUBSCRIPTION RepCount Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe.

Self-Belief is a calm reflection coach that helps you rebuild trust in yourself — one small, kept promise at a time. Not affirmations. Not hype. Just a quieter way to notice your patterns, reframe the story you tell about yourself, and build a record of your own follow-through. WHAT YOU'LL FIND • A daily word — a reminder for where you actually are today • The trust ring — watch evidence of your word stack up • Tiny promises — make one small thing you can keep, then keep it • Your journey — a calendar of the promises you've kept • A hard-moment reset — breathe, wait out the wave, come back to yourself TALK IT OUT (PREMIUM) Unlock the reflection coach: an AI companion you can talk to any time, plus daily guidance written for you and your conversations kept in sync. The coach meets you where you are — it doesn't lecture, and it never shames you for a hard day. WHY IT WORKS Self-trust isn't built by feeling motivated. It's built by keeping small promises until your own word becomes something you can lean on. Self-Belief gives you the smallest possible next step, and the evidence that you took it. Self-Belief is a reflection tool, not therapy or a medical service. If you're in crisis, the app points you to real help. Begin tonight. Turn doubt into evidence.
