Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Easy iCAM at 3.0 against XDV's 2.2. Easy iCAM also leads on iOS requirement (7.0 vs 12.0). XDV's advantage is ratings volume (442 vs 2) and review sentiment (11% vs 1%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Easy iCAM holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XDV has 442 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 1% of Easy iCAM's written reviews are positive against 11% of XDV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
