Simple free interval training timer application that alarm and vibration at the time specified in seconds. After the set time has elapsed, it counts the number of repetitions. Since it keeps the specified seconds setting, it is no need to set the seconds every time. The behavior in the background is limited. For High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

A: To switch the Output Mode touch the timer display at the top of the screen. Q: What is Shake To Start for? A: Shake To Start setting allows to start/cancel the timer by shaking the device.
