Verdict
The clearest difference is price: CERNBox at Free against Mircules DX Cluster's $2.99. CERNBox also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.4). Mircules DX Cluster's advantage is update cadence (every 9 months vs every 34 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
