Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Spider Solitaire Orange at none against Spider Solitaire Now's shown. Spider Solitaire Orange also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 8 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Spider Solitaire Now's advantage is ratings volume (54 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
