The DreamCatcher Experience app is perfect for a variety of purposes : - Relaxation Continuous and repetitive sounds of nature contribute to getting your heart and respiratory rate back to normal, allowing your body to relax. - Improving sleep quality Natural white noise such as the sounds of the ocean or rainfall helps your brain relax and drift into deeper sleep by drowning out non-threatening sounds that we have no control over - Reducing anxiety and stress levels Such low-pitched, buzzing sounds as rain beating against the roof or the rumble of an airplane help relieve anxiety and in this way gives a positive boost to your nervous system as well as lowers the tendency for mood swings. - Healing By aiding relaxation and shushing the internal dialogue, the music for sleep and sounds of nature help to get into a harmonious psychological state as well as improve some vital bodily functions. As a result, you will feel better. - Increasing productivity and creativity Restful sleep contributes to higher energy levels after waking up. Additional advantages include greater creativity, productivity, stamina and improved memory. - Healthy eating habits Healthy sleep reduces the level of the stress hormone, which allows you to keep your eating habits and weight in check. - Ambient sound for spiritual practices You can easily combine sounds to fit your needs in order to create and maintain a special atmosphere over the course of your practice. - Background music for work Create your own combinations of sounds and music which will help you stay focused and high-spirited. - Educational experience for your children By turning on and off as well as listening to different sounds, a child, while playing, learns about the objects of the world around, animals, birds and the sounds they make.
