Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: VOYO.bg at 5.0 against Neterra.TV's 2.4. VOYO.bg also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Neterra.TV's advantage is review sentiment (23% vs 3%) and ratings volume (58 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
VOYO.bg holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Neterra.TV has 58 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 3% of VOYO.bg's written reviews are positive against 23% of Neterra.TV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
VOYO.bg ships an update every 5 weeks, Neterra.TV every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
