Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Record Vacation at 100% against PASE's 12%. Record Vacation also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). PASE's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 30 months) and ratings volume (55 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
