This application is a mobile client of the web application "Graffiti Tracker", it is used to capture graffiti incidents with city-specific metadata and upload the photos enhanced with GPS information to the server. After entering your credentials you can - capture one or more photos of the graffiti - add memo fields (city-specific) - specify the exact address of the graffiti - upload data of the incident in the background. The application can work both in online and offline modes, in the latter case you can collect the incidents without internet connection, and when coming online again you can upload all incidents in a batch.
