Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Wensco NOW at 5.0 against McMaster's 4.3. Wensco NOW also leads on iOS requirement (12.2 vs 15.0). McMaster's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (220 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
