Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CRC Distribution at 5.0 against McMaster's 4.3. CRC Distribution also leads on iOS requirement (12.2 vs 15.0). McMaster's advantage is ratings volume (220 vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
