Addition Skills vs Computers at Work Lite

Addition Skills provides teachers and parents with an educational tool for teaching a standard problem solving method for adding numbers between 0 and 999. The skills needed to add large numbers are developed incrementally. The app uses an active learning approach. Students slide number tiles in order to find the answer to an addition problem. Based on Common Core Standards, Addition Skills gives kids the power to use their iPads to learn an algorithm that they will use for their entire lives. Addition Skills includes a complete curriculum that provides teachers with lesson ideas and a variety of projects.

Computers at Work iPad App focuses on actual computer skills that prepare users for office jobs. The software includes Order Processing and Data Entry which challenge students to work independently for an hour or more while learning real office procedures. As skills improve, users progress from simple tasks to jobs common in today's workplace entering orders, checking inventories, and determining payment methods. Note: This Free version limits cards to 5 non-random cards. The full-version, available in the in-app store, allows card printing or up to 200 random on-screen cards.
