Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Radiology Core at 100% against ContrastRx's 50%. Radiology Core also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.6). ContrastRx's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 22 months) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
