SACYL CONECTA vs Kintsugi

Kintsugi is a daily guide to getting over a breakup. In Japan, kintsugi repairs broken ceramics with gold: the piece doesn't hide its cracks, it turns them into the most beautiful thing about it. Here, your bowl is repaired with small acts of self-care, every day. FIVE ACTS OF CARE A DAY One more day without contact, a check-in or a journal page, today's step on your path, a routine and a moment of calm. Every three acts join a shard with gold. Twelve shards complete a bowl and a new one begins. A slip never erases the gold. NO CONTACT Live counter, milestones (1, 7, 30, 90 days…) and guilt-free relapses: one more crack doesn't break what's been repaired. THE ANCHOR For when you feel the urge to text them. Write it here and watch the message dissolve into gold dust, surf the 90-second wave, or reach out for help with one tap. MY EX TEXTED ME What to do when your ex reappears, depending on the kind of message, with short replies. ONE STEP A DAY The "Back to you" program opens a new day every morning for the first month. After that, 32 modules unlock over time throughout the year: Rebuild, Understand and Bloom. GUIDED JOURNAL A check-in on your inner weather and 55 prompts designed for each stage of grief. ROUTINES 32 activities to get back your sleep, eating, movement and your people, matched to your energy. REPAIR INDEX AND HARD DATES A monthly review to see how the crack is closing, and support on the eve of anniversaries and birthdays. WORKSHOP AND READINGS Guided meditations, a goodbye letter, a time capsule, a digital cleanse and readings on attachment, closure, or what to do if you want to get back together. SEALS AND GOLDEN DAYS Your self-care streak and 24 Japanese seals, one for each step. WIDGETS AND SIRI Your no-contact days on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. PRIVATE No account, no ads and no tracking. Everything is stored encrypted on your iPhone, with Face ID lock. In 50 languages. Kintsugi Pro unlocks the full year, the repair index, hard dates, every Anchor tool, all prompts and readings, unlimited routines, all meditations and 5 glazes. Always free: the counter, the bowl, the check-in, free journaling, the basic Anchor and urgent help. Kintsugi is a self-care tool and is not a substitute for professional help. If you're thinking about hurting yourself, call your local emergency number or crisis line.
