Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Yettel TV at 67% against Balkaniyum's 23%. Yettel TV also leads on rating (2.5 vs 2.2). Balkaniyum's advantage is ratings volume (80 vs 8) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
