Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MyKAU at 4.0 against جامعة بيشة's 3.0. MyKAU also leads on ratings volume (416 vs 4). جامعة بيشة's advantage is review sentiment (47% vs 34%) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MyKAU holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyKAU has 416 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of MyKAU's written reviews are positive against 47% of جامعة بيشة's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
MyKAU ships an update fortnightly, جامعة بيشة weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
