Start by choosing your role and state. Ask OSCAR then filters answers, products, resources, and next steps for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Arizona. Use Ask OSCAR to ask product, fit, installation, sizing, approval, and resource questions. Browse the in-app Library for approved manuals and drawings. Review state-specific products. Use the Size workflow to carry project details from chat into a preliminary calculator view, reducing duplicate entry and keeping the conversation tied to the same source-limited workflow. For homeowners, Ask OSCAR is self-service only. Homeowners can use Ask OSCAR, Size, Library, and public website resources, but the app does not provide personal Lowridge contact, distributor routing, or personal follow-up. For professional users, the app supports project-note workflows and public Lowridge contact paths when direct help is needed. Notes are stored for app CRM and analytics records and are not automatically emailed or forwarded from the app during this phase.
