Verdict
Agpeya | الأجبية and Agpeya الكتاب المقدس both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 87% of Agpeya | الأجبية's written reviews are positive against 22% of Agpeya الكتاب المقدس's. Agpeya | الأجبية also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 73 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Agpeya الكتاب المقدس holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Agpeya | الأجبية has 33 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of Agpeya | الأجبية's written reviews are positive against 22% of Agpeya الكتاب المقدس's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
