Process your delivery and delivery service electronically. With ParcelSign you can schedule shipments for delivery and enter the customer's signature electronically in the app on delivery (proof of delivery). If the customer cannot be found, you can take a photo of the location or reschedule the shipment. The items can be distributed to different carriers. It is also possible to store PDF documents with the shipment, which must be signed or completed by the customer when the shipment is delivered. In addition to the signature, the proof of delivery also includes the geo-coordinates of the consignment handover. You can provide your customers with a tracking link using ParcelSign. This allows the customer to view the current delivery status of the shipment online. With the ParcelSign App you can: • Schedule shipments individually for one day and one carrier • Enter the customer's signature on delivery • Document the geo-coordinates as the location of the handover • Create new, spontaneous deliveries also directly in the app • View PDF documents deposited with the shipment, have them signed by the customer, print them out or forward them by e-mail. • Capture photos of the broadcasts • Record the status of the delivery and make it traceable • Various common barcodes can be scanned in the app as package or shipment numbers. • Display of individual free fields, which must be filled in by the carrier at delivery in order to store or enter their own data fields at delivery. • Preassignment of the free fields with standard values • Storage of the transfer location, the recipient name (who signed), a reference number, and a comment. • Provide customers with a tracking link with the shipment status
