Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Golf Canada Mobile at every 4 weeks against OKON/UDR's every 5 months. Golf Canada Mobile also leads on review sentiment (30% vs 11%). OKON/UDR's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
