Kcell Filter vs Q

Kcell Filter app allows Activ and Kcell subscribers to manage Incoming Call Filter and Outgoing call Filter services. Incoming Call Filter The Incoming Call Filter service allows to manage your own incoming traffic. You can both block and permit incoming calls and SMS only from the prior defined numbers.  

Black and White lists are provided within the scope of the Service.

 The Black list affords grounds for setting a ban to incoming calls and SMS from certain numbers.

 The White list affords grounds for setting only those numbers, from which you want to receive incoming calls and SMS

 Black and White lists may be defined in respect of the following communication services:

 1. Incoming voice calls and SMS
 2. Incoming voice calls only
 3. Incoming SMS only 

In case of a blocked subscriber tries to make a call to you, he/she will hear the short ring tones. Short ring tones may be changed with special operator’s prompt or with your own greeting message. After the service is activated, the Black list automatically becomes active. After activation of the White list, the Black list is deactivated, in this case all numbers of the Black list survive. After activation of the Black list, the White list is deactivated, in this case all numbers of the White list survive.

) Service connection/disconnection - free Service management - free Outgoing Call Filter The Outgoing Call Filter service allows you to manage your outgoing calls. You can block/unblock outgoing calls to pre-defined numbers only. 

 You can create your Black and White Lists.  

The Black List allows blocking calls to pre-defined numbers, while the While List allows you to select the phone numbers which you want to call.  

 With Outgoing Call Filter you can easily block your outbound calls to both standard and short numbers. Once the service is activated you can set both the Black and the White lists. For instance, if you want to limit your outbound calls to predefined numbers, simply add all your contacts to the Black list by clicking “All” and then add the contacts to which you want to make calls to your White list. When calling a blocked number, you will hear a message informing you that calls to that number are restricted. While roaming, you will hear the busy tones and later you will receive SMS notifying you that calls to that number are blocked. This service also allows you to set filters on someone else’s numbers, e.g. your kid’s number. For that, you have to know the password to your kid’s profile. In this case, the service fee will be charged to your kid’s account.
