Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Uptrack at 5.0 against Racemap's 4.0. Racemap's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (55% vs 44%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Uptrack sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.90 per month. Racemap asks for nothing beyond the download.
Uptrack holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Racemap's written reviews are positive against 44% of Uptrack's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Racemap ships an update every 6 weeks, Uptrack monthly. Both last shipped on October 8, 2026.
