Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Draw Motion with Stabilization at 52% against Cinemagraph Pro's 22%. Draw Motion with Stabilization also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 26.6). Cinemagraph Pro's advantage is ratings volume (6.3K vs 69) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cinemagraph Pro sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Draw Motion with Stabilization sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Cinemagraph Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cinemagraph Pro has 6.3K ratings behind it against 69, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of Cinemagraph Pro's written reviews are positive against 52% of Draw Motion with Stabilization's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Cinemagraph Pro ships an update every 3 months, Draw Motion with Stabilization monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
