Take control of your parts, stock, and inventory — from the shop floor to the stockroom. Simple Inventories is the fastest way to track parts, bins, and stock levels for workshops, warehouses, dealerships, farms, and small businesses. Built for real-world operations, it's powerful enough for complex multi-location inventory and simple enough to use with one hand. INSTANT PART ENTRY Type a part ID and the form auto-fills from existing data. Enter a quantity change, hit confirm, done. Or go completely hands-free with voice entry — speak naturally and the app transcribes and parses part numbers, quantities, locations, and prices automatically. ORGANIZED YOUR WAY Structure inventory exactly how your operation works. Create Sections that hold Inventories, which hold Parts grouped into Bin locations. Rename, flag, and reorganize anything at any time. Split a single part across multiple bins and track each location independently. FLUID & QUANTITY TRACKING Track parts by unit count or by fluid amount in gallons or liters. Pricing for fluid parts is calculated automatically — price per gallon times fluid amount equals your line total. Low stock alerts adapt to the measurement type so you always know when to reorder. KNOW WHAT EVERYTHING IS WORTH Live valuation cards show the total value of your section and inventory at a glance, calculated in real time. Tap either card to expand a full breakdown by bin and by part. Print or share a complete valuation report to any AirPrint printer in seconds. ADVANCED SEARCH Find any part instantly with Spotlight-style search. Search by ID, description, bin location, or comments simultaneously. Filter by price range. Pull a full search report with part details, stock levels, and line values — and print it on the spot. WARRANTY TRACKING Store purchase date and warranty length for any part. Simple Inventories tracks the days remaining automatically and shows current warranty status in the part detail view and on search reports. GRAPHICAL CHARTS View a summarize chart to fully understand the basics of your inventory. Option to print as well. MULTI-USER SUPPORT Add multiple users with color-coded avatars so every entry is attributed to the right person. See who entered each part, switch users with one tap, and keep your team accountable across the whole operation. SYNCS EVERYWHERE Everything syncs automatically via iCloud to every iPhone, iPad, and Mac on your Apple ID — no setup, no accounts, no subscriptions. Works fully offline and syncs when connectivity returns. Simple Inventories is designed by CJStudios for people who need a real inventory tool. From 50 to 500 to 50,000 items, this app was created for you! Requires iOS 17 or later. iCloud account recommended for sync.
