The Einstein Program’s mission is to embrace diversity, equity and inclusion and provide education and mentoring to every student in order to achieve the success they deserve regardless of their demographic. Our students will work with highly skilled professionals, known as Einstein Specialists, who will serve as role models and mentor each young adult along their educational journeys. These experts create customized lesson plans that address the specific needs and interests of each student—and bring to life the subject matter they are already studying through hands-on exercises, videos, games, discussions and other interactive approaches.

 Our program works to guide Einstein learners to greater success. Each mentor serves as a role model, adviser and counselor for each young Einstein participant.
