stilltime is a singing bowl and a timer. Not only for meditation — for focus, for breathing, for any few quiet minutes. Tap the bowl and it rings. Drag your finger around the rim to keep it singing; press and hold to quiet it. It sounds like a real bowl and, on your phone, feels like one — every strike and every turn of the rim has its own haptic. Set a length and the timer runs. Add a moment to settle in first, and interval bells along the way if you want them. When the time is up, the bowl sounds again. Every session is kept — in a calm record inside the app, and in Apple Health as mindful minutes. You'll see your streak and the time you've sat, laid out plainly. No badges, nothing that nags you to come back. Free, always. The timer, the house bowl, and the whole record cost nothing. THE RESONANCE COLLECTION A one-time unlock: four more bowls, each a real recorded instrument with its own voice, their matching app icons, and a mood layer on your record. DEEP FOCUS Quiet the apps that pull at you for the length of a session. Open one out of habit and the bowl rings to bring you back. Optional; requires iOS 26.5 or later — everything else works on iOS 17 and up. No account. No ads. No tracking. Your sessions sync privately through your own iCloud — nothing reaches us.
Babenberg

Babenberg is a health diary on iPhone that helps you record, with little effort, symptoms and medication, so you have a clear history when you visit a healthcare professional and rely less on memory. Babenberg gives you two ways to log what matters, without forcing everything into the same format. Intensity (sliders) Use sliders for anything that has a level or a degree—how much you feel it, not just whether it happened. You name each slider yourself: a symptom, an emotion, energy, pain, focus, restlessness, or anything else you want to track over time. Slide to record how intense it is right now; Babenberg keeps the history so you can spot patterns. Static events (buttons) Some things are not about "how much"—they are about "it happened." With a double tap on a button, you log a discrete event: a headache that started, a spike of anxiety, a side effect, a good stretch of the day, or any presence you want on the record. No intensity to define—just a clear timestamp that it occurred. You can customize names and colors for both sliders and buttons. Medication intakes, reminders, and a visual calendar help you stay on schedule. The app automatically logs activity in your history—from intensity readings and events to notes, medication changes, and edits—so nothing important slips away. You can also add notes, track sleep (duration and quality), and record temperature when you need to. The default look is calm and dark, with no flashing or moving elements; a light appearance is available if you prefer it. What you can do • Log intensity over time — for symptoms, emotions, sensations, or whatever you choose to name • Log static events with one gesture — when presence matters more than a level • Track medications, intakes, and alarms • Review history and charts to see patterns • Prepare for medical visits with a clear, exportable record (Premium) • Track sleep and temperature alongside the rest of your day Who it's for Babenberg is designed with neurodivergent people in mind, but works for anyone who wants a practical diary for health, medication, sleep, and day-to-day signals—especially when memory, routine, or executive function make tracking hard. Built from lived experience Created by a neurodivergent developer who needed this tool personally—not a generic wellness product. Free vs Premium • Free: Intensity sliders, static events, medication tracking, alarms, history, and all core daily features—always available, no full-app lock • Premium: Export your history (PDF) and use multiple profiles (up to 6) • No subscription required to keep using Babenberg for everyday tracking Babenberg helps you organize personal health information. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional.
