stilltime is a singing bowl and a timer. Not only for meditation — for focus, for breathing, for any few quiet minutes. Tap the bowl and it rings. Drag your finger around the rim to keep it singing; press and hold to quiet it. It sounds like a real bowl and, on your phone, feels like one — every strike and every turn of the rim has its own haptic. Set a length and the timer runs. Add a moment to settle in first, and interval bells along the way if you want them. When the time is up, the bowl sounds again. Every session is kept — in a calm record inside the app, and in Apple Health as mindful minutes. You'll see your streak and the time you've sat, laid out plainly. No badges, nothing that nags you to come back. Free, always. The timer, the house bowl, and the whole record cost nothing. THE RESONANCE COLLECTION A one-time unlock: four more bowls, each a real recorded instrument with its own voice, their matching app icons, and a mood layer on your record. DEEP FOCUS Quiet the apps that pull at you for the length of a session. Open one out of habit and the bowl rings to bring you back. Optional; requires iOS 26.5 or later — everything else works on iOS 17 and up. No account. No ads. No tracking. Your sessions sync privately through your own iCloud — nothing reaches us.

Most migraine trackers assume you can fill in a form mid-migraine. MigraineSpy assumes you are having a migraine right now and cannot. It's designed to be simple so you can focus on recovery. Open it and there is one button: Migraine started. Tap it and you are done. Tap End migraine when it passes. Intensity, symptoms, notes and medications are all optional, and you can add them later, or never — the entry is already saved. ONE TAP, NOTHING REQUIRED The only thing MigraineSpy ever needs is a start time. Nothing is mandatory, nothing blocks you, and there is no form to complete before your migraine counts. Elapsed time is worked out from when you started, so an entry survives a force quit, a restart, or a flat battery. SYMPTOMS THAT NEVER BECOME A MIGRAINE Aura on its own. A wave of nausea. A visual disturbance that passes. These get their own kind of entry, so they stay part of your history without being counted as a migraine day and quietly inflating every number you watch. A REAL CALENDAR 1 Month, 30 days, 12 weeks, 20 weeks, 6 months or 12 months, each with a count for that period. Tap any day to see what happened. Intensity runs gold through orange to red, so a bad stretch is visible at a glance. STREAKS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS Days clear, and days in a row. Both matter, and both are there. MEDICATIONS, HONESTLY RECORDED What you took, what you took it for, and whether you noted that it helped, did nothing, or you are not sure. No claims, no scoring — just what you observed. COLOUR THAT GETS OUT OF THE WAY The app can look bright at rest and mute itself the moment a migraine starts. Or stay bright. Or stay calm. There is a dark theme, a light theme, an ultra dim mode for during an attack, and a screen dimmer you can switch on mid-migraine. Lock to portrait is on by default, because a screen that turns when you roll over is the last thing you need. YOUR JOURNAL STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE There is no account, no sign-in, and nothing is sent to a server. Backup and restore are free and always will be — save a file wherever you like, and use it to move everything to a new phone. ONE OPTIONAL PURCHASE PDF export is a one-time purchase: a readable summary of any date range, to keep, print, or take to an appointment. Everything else, including backups, stays free. There is no subscription. MigraineSpy is a personal journal. It does not give medical advice and cannot diagnose or treat anything. If you are worried about your health, talk to a doctor.
