PoolStack is the field companion for pool service companies. Techs get their day in one list, admins see every route live, and invoices go out before the truck leaves the driveway. YOUR DAY, READY EVERY MORNING Open the app to today's route: every stop, time window, and status in one list, or on the map. Know what's done, what's next, and what's left. EVERY VISIT, DONE RIGHT Each stop has its service checklist, access notes, and photo requirements. Gate codes, dog warnings, and arrival windows are right where you need them. Complete required items, capture before and after photos, and move on. WATER CHEMISTRY IN SECONDS Log readings poolside: free chlorine, pH, TA, and more. PoolStack checks every reading against your target ranges, suggests the dose to bring the water back, and records every chemical applied with the visit. INVOICING FROM THE FIELD Turn completed work into an invoice with line items, subtotal, and tax. Send it on the spot and track outstanding, overdue, and paid from your phone. BUILT FOR TEAMS Admins see live progress across every tech and route, manage customers and properties, and keep the whole operation moving. Techs see exactly what they need and nothing they don't.
