Bracketocracy (“Licensed Application”) is a mobile application developed for iOS and Android devices. The purpose of the Bracketocracy app is to allow users to create, manage, and participate in college basketball tournament brackets, track results throughout the playoffs, and compete with friends, family, or other users. The primary functionality of the app enables users to: ● Create custom college basketball brackets by selecting winners for each matchup (Team 1 vs Team 2) in every round of the tournament. ● Predict game outcomes round-by-round, with selected teams automatically advancing through the bracket all the way to the championship. ● Join leagues. ● Compete with friends using league invitations. ● Track live game results and monitor bracket progress throughout the tournament. ● View league standings, rankings, and scoring updates in real time. ● Manage multiple brackets across different leagues. ● Receive notifications related to league activity, invitations, and updates. ● Chat with friends within leagues through in-app messaging. Bracketocracy is designed to enhance the traditional bracket experience by introducing flexible gameplay mechanics that help users stay engaged even if early upsets occur. The app provides a competitive and interactive environment where users can enjoy the excitement of tournament play without losing full participation due to a single unexpected result. The Licensed Application may require user registration, including providing a username, email address, and password. Email verification may be required to activate accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Bracketocracy may collect certain non-personal and personal information to provide its services, improve user experience, maintain security, and ensure proper functionality of leagues and brackets. Therefore, if your use would subject the application to such laws, you may not use this Licensed Application. Additionally, you may not use the Licensed Application in any manner that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or other applicable financial privacy regulations. Bracketocracy is intended for entertainment purposes only. The application does not offer gambling services, real-money wagering, or financial betting functionality. About

RISE

Features

Most coaches run their team on group texts, spreadsheets and paper forms. When something happens, the answer is never where you need it. RISE puts it in one place. FOR COACHES AND ATHLETIC DIRECTORS Know where every athlete stands before practice starts. See who is cleared, who is recovering, and who has not trained in a week. One coach, every sport you run. Switch between programs without switching accounts, and see that your cross country athlete went on a return-to-play plan last week, from your football roster. That is the whole reason RISE exists. Availability changes are logged with return timelines, visible to the coaching staff responsible for that athlete. Workouts go to one athlete or the full roster in a tap. Team announcements replace the group text. FOR ATHLETES Today’s workout, your baseline results, your streak. Everything your coach assigned, waiting when you open the app. Log a set as you finish it. FOR PARENTS Your athlete’s availability, schedule and updates, and nothing about anyone else’s child. Message the coach directly instead of waiting for pickup. WHY RISE When a coach leaves, the athlete’s record usually leaves with them. When something happens away from the field, it lives in an email thread. RISE keeps the record with the program, not the person. PRIVACY Built around how schools are required to handle student records. A parent sees their own child and no one else’s. An athlete’s record is visible to that athlete, their guardians and their coaches, enforced in the database, not hidden in the interface. Grade level and birth year decide which consent rules apply, and where a guardian’s consent is required, nothing is stored until it’s given. RISE is not a medical app and holds no clinical data. The readiness board shows participation status and training minutes, as designated by the coach. We do not sell athlete data, and we never will. PRICING Free 30-day pilot for your first team. No card needed. School and program pricing: info@zoeticmotion.com Every Sport. One Platform. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
