Infield is a CRM for outside sales reps — the people who spend the day driving between accounts. Capture each visit by voice, photo, or text, and Infield writes the note up for you. CAPTURE THE VISIT • Voice memo — record after the meeting. Infield transcribes it and writes a title, a summary, and the follow-ups it heard. • Photo — snap an order form, a spec sheet, a whiteboard. The text is read off the image and saved with the note, so it turns up in search later. • Typed notes, when the room is loud. • Scan a business card — the camera reads the name, role, phone, email, and company, and hands you a filled-in contact form to check and save. • Capture offline. A note taken with no signal saves on the device and uploads on the next sync — when the connection comes back, when you reopen the app, or when you pull to refresh. A voice memo recorded offline keeps its audio and gets transcribed on its own once you're back in coverage. WHAT THE AI ACTUALLY DOES Every note is parsed into: • A short title and a one- or two-sentence summary • Action items — the things you said you'd do — offered as tasks, with the due date read out of your own wording ("send the quote tonight", "check back Friday") • The people mentioned, with their roles where you said them, each one a tap away from a prefilled contact • Any meeting you mentioned scheduling, offered as an appointment on the right day and time • The company the note is about — linked for you when the name clearly matches an account you already have, and otherwise offered as a card so you can confirm the match or create the account YOUR ACCOUNTS • Every account has one timeline: notes, photos, contacts, and where it stands. • A running AI summary of the relationship, written from all the notes on the account, to skim before you walk in. • Search across accounts, contacts, and the text of your notes — including text read out of photos. • Statuses that stay simple: New, Contacted, Progressing, Closed won, Closed lost. Mark one closed won and Infield asks what it was worth. • Accounts can be assigned to a rep. MAP AND ROUTES • Every account with an address is a pin, colored by status, filterable by status. • Nearby prospecting — a meeting falls through, so search a category around you (lumber yards, wine shops, clinics) and the results drop onto the map as pins. • Build a route: tap pins to add stops, then drag them into the order you want to drive. • Work it stop by stop. Each stop shows that account's contacts and recent notes, opens directions to it in Apple Maps or Google Maps, and lets you log the visit and move on. CALENDAR AND FOLLOW-THROUGH • A day timeline. Hold an empty slot to create an appointment; drag it to move or resize it. • Log a visit straight from an appointment, already tied to the account. • Tasks with due dates, overdue flags, and a reminder an hour before one comes due. • Set a monthly goal — closed-won deals or closed revenue — and watch it on your dashboard. YOUR TEAM • Everyone in your organization works from the same accounts and notes, so what a rep captures in the field is there for the team with no re-typing. • Comment on a specific note and @mention a teammate — they get a push notification, and mentions and replies collect in your inbox. • Your data is scoped to your organization and never crosses to another company. Plus light, dark, and automatic themes, and a push-notification switch you control. ACCOUNT REQUIRED Infield is a paid subscription for sales teams, sold per seat. Your workspace is set up for your organization and you sign in with the account it gives you — there is no in-app purchase and no personal sign-up. If your team doesn't use Infield yet, write to hello@tryinfield.com.
