With the BASSnet Safety & Quality app, you can now create Accident/Incident, Near Miss, Non-Conformity, Suggestion for Improvement, Finding, Defect and Claim reports directly from your mobile device as and when an event occurs or a finding is discovered. This not only increases the efficiency of your operations, it will also cut down on the number of safety hazards that go unrecorded due to lack of accessibility. The app also provides remote access to BASSnet SAFIR’s checklists in audit and inspection records. This allows you to create & conduct audits and inspections at any location offline. The updates will automatically synchronize to the BASSnet database when the device is connected to the internet. With enriched functionality and improved user-friendliness, your crew can easily run through each checklist item by: • determining whether the item is compliant • rating the condition of the item • taking a picture of any observation • recording audio • uploading image/video files • inserting descriptions, or simply tap and hold or swipe to perform quick updates on compliance and rating. Checklist items can also be labelled and grouped based on your preference for easy navigation. An overview of all the checklist items with specific color codes is readily available to provide a quick summary and access. Audit/inspection reports can also be generated at any time for paperless reporting and sharing. The contents of the PDF report are configurable and can be synchronized to BASSnet. Compatible with BASSnet 2.11 SP3HF3 onwards.
