How does it work? The App makes it easy for staff to submit daily machine prestarts, and report faults to the workshop. Begin by selecting a machine from the homepage, or scanning a QR code. You’ll be able to see all outstanding faults for the machine, begin a new prestart, or report a new fault. If any issues need reporting, take a photo and add a description before submitting. With offline mode, staff can work with a low or no network connection, then submit reports once back online. Office and workshop staff will be notified of any issues right away, and easily keep track of all items - all without touching a single piece of paper!
