Hexdrift

Hexdrift is a one-thumb puzzle about a board that won't sit still. Drag a floating hex tile onto the board. Neighbors with the same color and level merge into it and level up, and a merge that lands beside another match keeps chaining. Then the board turns one notch and loose tiles drift down into the gaps, landing on new neighbors and setting off new merges. Merge two top-level tiles and they clear. Every drop, you re-read the board. LEVELS Sixty levels on a winding map, in chapters that each bring something new. Every level has a goal and a set number of drops: reach a score, clear a pair of top tiles, set off a chain, or break stones. Win in fewer drops to earn up to three stars. Each chapter starts on a big board with a single color; then the colors multiply and the board shrinks, from 61 cells down to 19. Every level deals the same tiles each try, so you can learn it and beat it. STONES Chapter 2 drops stones on the board. They fill cells and fall with the board; merge next to one to crack it, and again to break it. DAILY Ninety seconds on a board everyone in the world gets the same day. No purchases touch it. Keep a streak going, see how you placed against today's players, and share a card of your result. An optional reminder tells you when a new board is up. ENDLESS No clock, no goal. Play until the board fills and chase your best, with fewer colors once you have beaten the levels that use them. MADE TO BE READABLE - One rule: same color and same rings merge, and the color always moves one step along a fixed order that stays on screen. - Cells where your tile would merge are outlined before you drop. - A short tutorial that teaches by playing. - Sound and haptics you can turn off. - Reduce Motion support, VoiceOver support, and Dynamic Type. - Game Center leaderboards and achievements, and your progress follows you to a new phone through iCloud. - No banners, no pop-up ads and no accounts. Optional rewarded videos can be watched for extra drops. Notifications are optional. Shards earned in play buy a Reroll, an Undo, a Continue or 5 more drops in Levels and Endless, never in Daily. Themes and Shard packs are optional purchases, and every theme can also be earned with Shards from play.

Verdict
